Kotak Myntra credit card application status

I applied for Kotak myntra credit card via myntra app on 16 Dec 2023. I got message today regarding it will be processed by 20 Dec 2023 but when I am checking the status of my application it shows like in the screenshot below. Can anyone tell what kind of tracking is this as there is no application status ??

I am not a existing kotak customer so how to check via mobile banking?? I got it checked via twitter and they are saying my application rejected.

I have filled everything, but it's not submitting. Does anyone know the solution to this?
Getting the same issue everywhere on app, website, netbanking
P.s. I am having 3 months old Kotak 811 account.
