I have placed order for gold earrings on 31st October and not received delivery as yet and no information is seen on the app . Just show delivery delayed but when I will receive.  I sent mail messages but of no use.

Call on their toll free number than raise a complaint after that most probably you will receive your order in next 6-10days

My suggestion is not to complain AJIO about anything. They take your complaint/suggestions/request and then cancel the order. So if you really want that order to deliver, you just need to wait...
