I have received notification that I can apply for LazyCard. Is LazyCard a credit line card? Will it do a hard enquiry on my CIBIL report? Anyone uses this card?

This card is recognised as slice card on Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato etc. So slice card offers can be used with this card. When I applied for it I got 1k benefit. Don’t know the situation now

How are they reporting it to CIBIL, CD Loan?
And in what manner, do they create a CD loan for every transaction you do OR just one CD loan every billing cycle with O/S balance before the statement generation?
