I raised a complaint from the app with the screenshot of the message at 10:05 AM and got cashback at 10:17 AM.

Same thing happened with me too but cashback got credited today (06/01)

Here I m not able to even link swiggy as OTP not coming. I complaint them via email twice no response yet. From app, where to complain? I cant find. Bro guide me with exact steps

I don’t think you can raise a complaint without any transaction from the app.
