Lenskart Alternative?

I want to spend the absolute minimum possible for an eyeglass  with power and blue filter.

Local shops have irrational pricing, it just doesn't make sense. I can buy a decent one with blue filter for 800 from lenskart but it still feels a bit too high.

I don't care about colour, design and trends.

where do you guys shop your eyeglasses

Lenskart is third class the way they check the eye number is horrible..same applies to Titan eye and other big chains they don't care about customers ...the employees are least bothered..they don't show any interest or seriousness in number checking..
