agar woh market capitalisation hee.. jhoot ki buniyaad par khada ho aur uss market capitalisation aur (farzi) valuation ka hawala dete hue.. koi bazaar se.. dhero.n paisa uthha le..
... tab aisi ghatna/ दुर्ghatna dekh kar.. jinhoney bhi.. paisa lagaya hai.. unke jeevan/vyavsaay ki naiya🛶 daama-dol hona.. swabhaavik hai.
Imagine someone takes a loan from you or gives you "N" percent (ownership) stake by claiming.. that for the "N" percent stake (shares) you need to pay amount "X".
However, going down the hill.. you realise.. that the property, asset or intellectual property rights which the person/entity claimed to poses.. never existed. It was all a charade.
Enron, HomeTrade (adverts featured Sachin, Hrithik), Harshad Mehta's brokerages, Satyam/Maytas, QuestNet/Qnet, Mehul/Neerav, IL&FS, mortgage instrument resellers in the U.S. had ALL put up the rosy, larger than life picture (like the one tomt-ommed by Palm Jumeirah, Dubai World islands type of projects).
But in reality.. turned out to be floating dhows without even a mast or the sail.
Tides come in fast. High seas are anyway rough. Even large tankers, Panamax class vessels too sink in such high seas.
Then there is absolutely no chance of the dhows getting saved.
Unless... the dhows get too important to fail/sink. And the powers that be, have no option but to save the dhows.
(At times, the dhows are attached to all the boat-houses and other yachts and if the dhows sink.. they risk taking everythingaround.. with them).
It seems hindenburg did for which sebi itself is created.
hindenburg even criticised them in their report.
But sebi started investigation on adani firms in july 2021 and still they have not concluded
unimaginable blunder by Sebi ?? It can't be.
Something is missing. seems unthinkable events to happen in near future? @kukdookoo
