Guys , i missed linking mom's aadhar and pan . She doesn't have any income, Is there any way to link with out fee?

Same problem with me also.
Linked everyone's adhaar and pan.
Forgot linking mom's as date of birth was mismatch in both so thought will do later and forgot after that.
