Postpe gives 0.35% cashback upto 1000₹ per month if a person pays 285715₹ credit card bill. Considering user gets 1000₹ for full year thats 12k. Receiving 12k in a year is not a problem here I think as you are not breaching any turnover limit as far as gst is concerned.

Paying almost 3 lakh of cc bill is not an issue compared to receiving almost 3 lakh in a merchant acc with bharatpe qr code.

Why will the merchant qr receive 3 lakhs?

You will only send the cashback amount I.E 12k in a year.

You will find some shop who has a bharatpe qr code. Even ask some shopkeepers you visit daily if they have a Bharatpe qr code. My local cigarette shop keeps a bhartpe qr so I just scan and pay him.

Ok I misunderstood. Even then creating merchant acc is kind of permanent & not everybody would be comfortable with it.

Same for me. Even I am not comfortable creating fake merchant account. Hence I asked my cigrette shop to keep a bharatpe qr

So the local cigarette shopkeeper gives you back 1k in cash without any commission or you actually spend 1k every month on cigarette there?

Legit spends. I pay for me and my friends cigrette. My friends give me cash.

Bhai Cash Payment bhi de dete hain Shopkeeper after you pay them in QR Code BP.

Pehle jaake usko kaho I have lots of cash please take it and please send me money in my account via Gpay. Then he( Shopkeeper) will definitely refuse saying that he too has lots of cash already in cash drawer and he cannot take any more, now what to do. So tell him I am sending you money via QR BP , give me the lot of cash you have
