Live QuikWallet UPI Transactions are getting failed

I purchased QW FastTag offline and did Full video KYC.

After spend of almost 2lac rs. in last 3 months, now my UPI transactions are getting failed with error Message "Net Debit Cap Is Exceeded".

does anyone facing similar kind of issue?

I have contacted customer care but they are saying there is no issue with your account.

Can you please help?

I think your monthly limit is not reset yet. Few other livquik users also told the same thing.

I think some technical issue from livquik side.

Your livquik virtual RuPay card working ? load small amount to mobikwik wallet or payzapp wallet.

Mine also facing issue

When try to send via UPI it say

" Failed to debit customer account "

i am also getting same issue 

Net Debit Cap Is Exceeded
on both of my accounts ,customer care gave me the same reply. Dont know where the issue is.

Can you ask customer care what was issue and resolution. So I can straight forward mention in email.

I'm also getting same error from last 3-4 days. Already sent an email to customer care but no luck.

@Zephyrate can you suggest what's the best way to resolve this error.
