Livquik Fastag Vehicle blocked

I received a message from Livquik that my vehicle has been blocked due to absence of RC documents and asking me to share RC docs via email within 7 days to avoid closure of account.
Now because of this I cannot recharge my fastag from Payzapp/Paytm etc. On Payzapp I get "account not found" error message when I try to recharge my fastag.
Managed to talk to customer care today and as per them it's a new rule and lot of Livquik users have the same issue.
Anyone else received the same message?

Post is about anyone else having received the same message and blockage of vehicle, not about them asking for RC docs, which I had already uploaded when I had bought the fastag and sent them again via email as per the message.
I am not complaining about them asking for RC docs, whatever gave you that idea? And
nobody is even talking about KYC here, why even bring it up? FYi my account is full KYC.

I sent them the RC and yesterday I noticed that fastag status had changed to inactive in Quik app. So I changed it to active from the app and now everything is fine.
whats wrong in it if they are asking for rc, they will also ask for PAN. Its mandtry from RBI to do kyc.
