Livquik fastag wallet unable to send money

Took a Livquik fastag added money but now wallet unable to send money , for past 2 days " Net Debt cap is Exceeded"
Error is coming .Tried different denominations below rs 2000 but same error, emailed , complaint registration reply received but no response after.
Called around 5 times in different intervels
1. Directed to try after 10 minutes
2. Directed to logout and login and try
3.given no correct reply
4. Told amount is deducted from wallet wait sometime for credit
5. Today replied their payment gateway have some issues so wait
Customer care connecting after doany try and waiting
So please help me with a solution

Money debited will be refunded in 4 to 5 working day.

Yes, I too facing same issue. Kindly let here know once start works. But able to send the balance amount from wallet to upi
It will be refunded max by 2 working days. Drop a mail to them along with snapshot
