Looking for discount on BSNL recharge

Every month I need to recharge my BSNL mobile no. with roughly 100/-, any way to avail discounts on this small mov?
I have seen flipkart now gives only 5/- less on supercoin pay compared to 10/- before.

Usual commissions on a Local Area Payment Unit (LAPU) sim are 3%.
However via payment method offers and schemes like spends based rewards, even having a BSNL LAPU sim can get 7½-8% benefit at-least (and may be even more, via offees of BSNL itself).
I have never been a BSNL retailer/ LAPU sim owner, but in 2017 utilised https://financialexpress.com/business/industry-bsnl-diwali-2017-offer-get-50-extra-talk-time-here-is-how-to-avail-the-benefits-894032 the BSNL Diwali Laxmi Recharge offer. It gave customers 150% value (some of the full talktime recharges gave 50% more).

(I had topped three numbers up, with ₹4000-5000 each.)

I have RECHARGE15 active in my paytm account, it gives 15 back on 99+ recharge. You can message if you need that.
All my primary numbers are on unlimited plan so i rarely use paytm for recharge
