In this lockdown my weight increased from 75kg to 98kg..Please bhai log bta do weight kaise kam kru..Mai bahut lazy bhi ho gya hu..Dinbhar bed me soke mobile chlate rhta hu..Willing power bhi kam ho gai hai

1.Change diet .(increase protein diet decrease carbohydrates ,eat in parts,don,t eat heavy at night like rice eat atleast 2 hour before you go to sleep and have a walk after food).
2. In morning after morning rituals have a coffee without milk and Start with walk and then do running and some cardio exercise you can watch on YouTube .
3.do legs excersice it increases testosterone level eat good fats like almonds ,walnuts
4.have a good sleep (7-9hours)sleep early and wake up early.
5.Keep correct position of exercises.
6. If possible you can count maitainance callories on app/website then eat in callory deficiet of 300
Like said above, focus on a calorie deficit diet (eat less calories than what your body/lifestyle needs) and make sure you do some light exercises.
Search DD for keto / high fat high protien diet.

Bdhai ho hum muscle bdhana chahte h humara slowly bdhta apka fast bhai you need to do something otherwise at this speed soon obestiy will hit you.
I lost 5kgs in lockdown.
Anyway I had lost 15kgs+ a few years back.
All I did was eat less than what I usually did (I did not change any of the stuff I was eating), drink a lot of water and do 3-4kms of running/jogging/walking every night, whatever made me sweat like mad. 5-10 pull ups. That’s it. And I took Sundays off from doing anything.
All my fat became muscles.
That’s it bro you did right thing people think their is secret to do things but their is only one trick we have to take first step and then don,t stop.
Update-My weight increases to 110kg.I am 26yr old.And I am very worried about it.
bro..nothing will happen to posting update here..its your life and you ruining it. and everybody knows how to loose weight..tons of videos and exercise, do not searc for motivation…motivation should start inside you. tell everybody in you family and friends that now you are loosing weight..Write after every 2 hrs for 2 min..what you have done to improve it.
I have never been heavily overweight but in any case intermittent fasting (16:8) has worked well for me whenever the need arose. Basically it entails skipping dinner.
