In this lockdown my weight increased from 75kg to 98kg..Please bhai log bta do weight kaise kam kru..Mai bahut lazy bhi ho gya hu..Dinbhar bed me soke mobile chlate rhta hu..Willing power bhi kam ho gai hai

Like said above, focus on a calorie deficit diet (eat less calories than what your body/lifestyle needs) and make sure you do some light exercises.

Din bhar chalao mobile sote rhe khate rhe pr jo khao healthy khao biscuit ,namkeen mat khao healthy snack khao like poha with less oil , fruits morning me to exercise krni hi pdegi .
Note : Achi trh chew kr k khana phone me dekh k khane se yhi nuksan h achi chew nhi kr pate.

I lost 5kgs in lockdown.

Anyway I had lost 15kgs+ a few years back.

All I did was eat less than what I usually did (I did not change any of the stuff I was eating), drink a lot of water and do 3-4kms of running/jogging/walking every night, whatever made me sweat like mad. 5-10 pull ups. That’s it. And I took Sundays off from doing anything.

All my fat became muscles.

That’s it bro you did right thing people think their is secret to do things but their is only one trick we have to take first step and then don,t stop. smile

You need to do same thing just count maintainance calories on any app or website and eat in calorie surplus of 250-300 eat good amount of protein 8eggs a days 4 in morning 4 in evening boil preferred and eat green vegetables salad eat curd and many more protein rich diet good fats (almonds,cashew) ,peanut butter brown bread these all are option you can rotate them as per your convenience and taste.
