Same for me too.
My order status is also showing “in progress”.
Was able to catch CS team over call during afternoon and they have given me excuse about technical glitch. When I asked them about the timeline to resolve this issue, they are unable to commit any timeline for this. When I insisted them to cancel my order and refund if they failed to issue GC, the support executive again expressed his inability to do this.
That means they are now playing game with us.
We can also do a lot impact and teach them a lesson by rating their app in play store. Few have already rated badly. I have also contributed by giving my rating.

Bro, finally I have logged grievance(case) at National Consumer Helpline(NCH) using Umang. My case ID is 2357279
Used our government’s digital platform and it’s very easy too. This is my 2nd case. In my previous case I got an excellent support with all case details. Although it took a month time but I had received a proper solution.
Now let’s see how Woohoo team is reacting to this as I also have emailed them mentioning this case ID.

I was having same impression as they r backed by Quicksilver Solutions private limited who is responsible for issuing GVs for many companies.
But after experiencing their worst customer service, I have doubts in my mind. Let’s see.

I did a payment with pineperks card and payment failed and money got deducted. Now will I get that refund in pineperk card or not.
I added my Rs.5000 GC in amazon, and now it is showing in locked status. I don’t know who has done this amazon/woohoo.

Seems, I am the only lucky one who got the GV successfully and placed order on Amazon and the order was also delivered successfully.

Got the refund. Although, I immediately added the GV to my Amz account, but still it was marked disabled. Next time I will order something and then cancel that order. Hope this would help.
