4.) CSC Bharat
Annual fee of rs. 500 is only mentioned in 2nd and 4th cc, does that mean moneyback and millennia are LTF?

Spent based LTF free offer is valid on retail transection only means when you buy a good and pay gst for that . Not all payments are included in LTF spent bases criteria. I have got mail from hdfc where it is clearly written that retail transaction should be there .
