This afternoon I was checking TATA Neu app and found that I have ltf neu card offers. I didn't complete the rewards league, still I got the offer. So I applied for rupay infinity variant. It was showing that bank may take 5 to 7 days to process my application. Maybe because I'm already a HDFC card holder it was processed quickly.

I got invite message yesterday reached till semi final only, did vkyc and it showed conditionally approved based on existing hdfc card. Selected rupay variant of infinity

But while checking in app it still shows video kyc screen sweat_smile

I got LTF Tata Neu Infinity CC as well today only, applied and got credit limit shared with my existing HDFC CC.

At the time of Tata Neu Premier League, I had complained them regarding Air Asia flight ticket booking not going past transaction page. As a result, I lost on good prices on flight tickets as well as around 12k worth contributing to the overall 15k spend milestone for getting Tata Neu CC LTF.

My ask was, I could easily fulfill the LTF CC criteria if it weren't for glitch at their end. So, they took the complaint, demanded time and today they offered me LTF CC as promised.
