malpractice by swiggy and how to tackle it.

Upin complaining, all they(swiggy customer care) say is we appologies for the inconvenience.
That's it.
What's the way around?
- i found a way for myself, may be this work for you as well.
-- search for near by available instamart by changing your location, if you find instamart option in the app, make a cart and go to final page, it will say, new location bla bla add adress.
U have to add your own address and in the location just select 50 meter away from your actual location (you can still get the order at ur place , when delivery boy calls guide him the way).
Always keep two address in your account (with different name and location with just 50 meters difference).
For now m using instamart that way, if u are facing same issue u can try this solution,may this works for you as well .

Oh, I didn't read that point.
I thought they are delivering nearby your location but not at yours. If its getting resolved by changing accounts then definitely some technical issue, faced many times with my account too. But, I have 3-4 accounts so I change if not working because usually instamart orders are for urgent requirement.

We brought swiggyone for free delivery. After a month we see they stop serving our location. What do we call this?
And for violation they dont hesitate to ban account.

As per tnc , when i buy a membership they offers me some service right.

Golgappe ki shop pe 20₹ deke golgappe expect karoge na, agar vo bole 20₹ lene ke baad ki mai nhi deta golgappe ,koi contract thodi hai, toh kuch nhi karoge, koi consumer rights nhi hai?
Not asking anything for free, we paid for something and we are expecting that only.

I didn't paid for refund, paid for service.

In your case - you are okay to pay for membership but don't expect anything in return.
In my case - when i pay for any service offering then i expect that service in return.
Note - no where i mentioned free word, i only mentioned i pay so i expect product for what i paid.

Let's say maine ek restaurant ki membership li 5000₹/ year, jisme vo ensure karega ek table mere liy jab bhi mai visit karunga.
Ab 2-4 baar toh thek rha, 5th time se usne mujhe restaurant mai nhi enter karne diya jabki baki log ja rhe hai.
Ab isse breach of service nhi kahenge?
Khana free nhi manga maine, table ke membership li thi and usne toh ghusna he band kar dia.
Similarly,swiggy, humne membership li thi ki store se saman hmare ghar deke jayega, free nhi saman ke paise denge, ghar akar dene ki service ke paise diy hai, ab 2-4 baari kr baad vo kahe ji service band, jabko dusro ko same service mil rhi hai, isse kya kehnge janab.
These swiggy instamart , jio people killed local businesses. Imagine those of shop keepers of kirana in your local area.
Also these Jio rich kids introduced short cut money earning platforms (youtube ,tiktok) via free internet .Before common uneducated people does not know what is youtube and google. These people killing value and self respect of daily wage workers and hard earning people.
