I bought ac last year in off season in bbd sale. While using ac this summers, it started giving me problems. On 12 june i lodged a first complaint, but after several appointments, emails , tweets the ac got repaired after 55 days. In meantime they serviced it, changed pcb, sensor, pcb again, and display baord. But after a week ac started giving problem. Now its not getting on. I lodged a comlaint on consumer online. They just said we arr working on it. It has been 15 days now.

Now what should i do! Ac has to work for a season, and mostly 1 year of warranty has wasted in conpalints only. Even social medial team is not helping, tagged almost all the known employees of flipkart, walmart.

Should i serve them a legal notice for consumer court case? Should i do it myself or by advocate! Or is there any another alternate!

U should have thought of service before purchase, already so many bad reviews for this brand were online.
Take advocates help to make a strong case. Good luck

After reading reviews i bought it, reviews were 4.4+.
Just got trapped due to lower price, was got ut for 14.5k. so thought that getting good deal. I was mitsubishi user, and never used such brands, bought it for first time and now regretting. Anyhow thanks for advice.

Fake reviews & ratings inserted by their parent companies.. same story exists for all internal brands of FK & Amazon.. even if you post a real problem in the reviews, they just delete it under the guise of moderation.

No use of complaints and case, warranty of one year is already over, as per law consumer is not the king.
Post ur review/story online and educate others. Damaging brand reputation is only way out.

Flipkart & Marq type of local chinese product is good only for small applicance of price around 1k-2K.
Never buy big applicance like fridge ,ac, washinh machine ,microwave of marq. They start giving problem after 1-2 yrs and even a small repair will cost u 20% or more of product price. The money u save will go away in repairing and no future value

Problem is Mainly most person reviews the product within 1 month of usage when product works fine

If you have registered your complaint before expiring your 1 year warranty then they will have to service it under warranty.

Companies simply can’t delay the service to wait for expiration of the warranty period and then deny service based on no-warranty.

They are not denying it, but all the warranty is wasted in complaints, ac has not worked fine for a week. Every week there is a new problem. Anyhow consulted a lawyer for legal notice to company. Will take printouts of mails, tweets and text messages and will serve them a notice.

If they are not denying service or warranty, then what are you accusing them for?

Looks like you got a defective AC and they were able to diagnose the right cause for the issue. May be they should’ve provided you with a replacement TV AC like Sony does for mobiles when they can’t fix any issue.
This also reminds me of Xiaomi mobile service, whatever the issue is, they replace motherboard

Warranty will be over in September. So i am just saying that ac has not worked continuous for a week and warranty will be over in a month.

So your issue is with warranty. What if they offer an extension in warranty then will you accept?
