No one can say her innocent
After tremendous effort from NIA to prove her innocent, still Court convicted her..and Even After 5yrs of power in central Government, BJP could not prove her innocent in court.
Late Hemant Karkare was doing his duty and lost his life for country.
And,who is she? A convicted terrorist coming out on bail on account of health issues.
And eventually getting ticket for electing in elections.and starting campaigning for elections.. where is her ill health?
She is acquitted by NIA while still accused in other case. Nowhere she is convicted yet.

Let’s wait for court verdict if she is terrorist or victim of conspiracy by same people who endorsed 26/11 book calling it was RSS ki saazish. but kasab got arrested alive and Later we came to know that kasab group came from pakistan not from RSS.
However there are much better candidates than her, just in ego fight she was given ticket. BJP should have waited for clean chit first before giving ticket to accused, but it is also reality that many accused are fighting elections, even rahul is accused in herald case.
While one thing is true she was tortured as she got spine issue and cancer too, But allegation on her are also serious, if she is a terrorist or not, only court can decide. Because Many times people are accquited From terrorism charge.
