Many have not received Smartbuy cashback for the transactions done in November 22 (or pending from before that) on their HDFC CCs...
Already first week of December has passed and in another thread I had invited such people to send email to grievance redressal email id on 10th. so that a lot of complaints raised on a same day would make them look into it and credit the CB faster.
So, I will mail them tomorrow. If you wish to join the campaign, send your grievance mail tomorrow and post on this thread so that we can track the progress together...
Be sure to include the last 4 digits of your card and list of smartbuy transactions made with date+amount which have not received cb yet.

Order Id? Did you list the date, details and amounts of transactions made on CC ?

I never receive email from smartbuy.
Any reason.? Did i ever unsubscribe.?
So this works, whenever we face CB not credited for a month, we can mass lodge complaints in the future. Everyone else should get soon. I had got good results like this before too. @champu_no1

My bonus reward points (for Gyftr transactions via Smartbuy) are pending since August.. have sent them 3 emails already. They keep on apologizing and promising to credit those points in next 7-10 days, but nothing's happening. Really annoying!
I've been sending emails to [email protected]. Any other email ID I can send to, so as to receiver superior/swifter resolution?

Remember to note down your complaint reference numbers from earlier emails. Those are required to start speaking to them.
If still not got correct resolution, we can suggest other things...

They specify a window for replying, usually 2-3 business days. And also there was a weekend recently...
Yeah but you can use those points only after statement generation.
