It is possible that someone has got the entire film footage as the movie was ready to release prior to March 2020 lockdown. When producers don’t accept the demands these extorters start leaking few scenes
The makers already seem to have approached HC regarding this issue. Something similar with Vijay devarakonda films “Geetha Govindham” & “Taxiwala” (Movie got leaked months before theatrical release) but these pirates were generous enough to leak the full film to public only 2/3 days prior to release (Unedited version)
Interestingly both movies were superhits
