Bro I have another MI account which I am using from past 5 months so I have nothing to lose if my this MI account will be deleted.
The problem is my mobile is locked and it can be opened only by entering the password for the MI account whose password I don’t know.

I called MI CC and he told to download stable rom for your device from en.miui.com
I did the same but it is still asking the MI password and even it is showing that your MI mobile is locked Please enter your MI password to unlock.
After attempting forgot password to all emails, I finally found the email through which I created that MI account.
But I don’t know that account’s password too so I attempted all my password combinations to login into my Gmail account but that didn’t worked even😢😢😢😢😢
But now I have that gmail account’s recovery email and that mobile number through which I created that account
But UNFORTUNATELY, GooGle can’t reset my password (may be google blocked my account temporarily) as everytime it says GooGle can’t verify you so u can’t login into this account

Why dont u just flash custom recovery and xiaomi.eu rom for the time being
and try to associate a new Mi Account with your device from that rom?

Now its completely locked. It’s not showing any option except entering password for that registered MI account.

I guess your bootloader is unlocked, why dont u install CM 13?

Bro I don’t know about bootLoader and CM 13.
I tried to flash ROM in fastBoot mode.

You need to Start your Phone in Download Mode.(Not Fastboot Mode)

Looks like you don’t have many options, you can wait for 24 hours till your gmail account get reset and then you will be able to login into that.
Or you can follow the http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-...ml guide for bricked phones as @getready suggested.

I would suggest you to wait for 24 hours if you aren’t familiar with flashing.

I don’t see any reason why custom recovery flash is getting failed when you have unlocked bootloader
