Both are same. But 500 annual fees on prepaid card is insane and so is the cashback. While its normal for debit card.
Min txn for reward pts earning is 200 on prepaid n 400 in dc.
Can we use prepaid card for cc payment and is there cb for millenia prepaid card?
prepaid cards some times doesn’t work on amazon/flipkart sale where they give 10%disc.
Mine sbi prepaid didn’t worked I closed it same day.

I had applied for prepaid card but after one or two months hdfc cancelled it, and their customer care is very hard to reach and take so much time to reply
I don’t think they are interested in giving prepaid card
as @ onemiller said DC is better than Prepaid card so I am leaving it now.
Will see other bank cards whose customer support is good and give cashback early and not like hdfc 90days, which is uncertain whether one get the cb or not, if there is any issue one will stuck with too much timing consuming customer support 
Debit is always better than prepaid.
