No operators officially give subsidised FRC even for MNP port-in customers.

Just yesterday got the below message from a retailer, offering the ₹299 pack for ₹79, for new VI customers.

Asked him what better and he said that Airtel still ready to recharge our dead number for free, if we ready to port out from BSNL/ JIO/ VI.
So they (Airtel) will recharge the customer number with minimum pack needed for sending port out message.
Then for such port in customers, the retailer is also offering free 28 days pack.. in both, Airtel and VI.
Rechecked right now with him again
And for Wednesday, March 15, 2023 the VI offer of 28day (1.5 GB daily) pack.. new SIM will be for ₹100.
