State Bank Of India (SBI)
The AMB requirement in SBI’s basic savings accounts was eliminated in March 2020. Before the modification, SBI account holders had to keep a monthly balance of Rs 3,000, Rs 2,000, or Rs 1,000 in their accounts in a metro area, a semi-urban area, or a rural area, respectively.
HDFC Bank
Savings account customers with HDFC bank are expected to maintain an average monthly balance of Rs 10,000 in urban areas and metro cities. The minimal monthly ceiling in semi-urban areas is set at Rs 5,000.
ICICI Bank
Holders of ICICI bank regular savings accounts must keep a minimum balance of Rs 10,000 in metro or urban areas, Rs 5,000 in semi-urban areas, and Rs 2,000 in rural areas every month.
Punjab National Bank
Savings account holders at Punjab National Bank branches in urban and suburban areas are required to keep a balance of Rs 20,000 on a quarterly basis.
Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account holders must keep an average monthly balance of Rs 10,000 in metro areas and Rs 5,000 in non-metro areas.

Most of the savings accounts with the Bank of India offer zero minimum balance facility. In some cases, a monthly balance of Rs. 500 needs to be maintained.
The minimum balance of the Central Bank savings account for Cent Balbhavishya savings accounts is Rs 1000 for urban and metro branches and Rs 500 for rural and semi-urban branches.

bank or government ka sahi hai, minimum balance kr dere hain 5-10-20 hazaar, or fir adani ambani ko loan de dere hain, fir jab unki band bazri hai to or bda dere hain minimum balance limit ko.

I think sbi has put MAB on hold for sometime now due to covid policy. I am not sure tho.

20k for what benifit? Just for the card for which is anyway charged?
If someone wants lowest balance requirement - Canara bank requirement is only 1k min balance. Card is 100 + tax. Take a look at other charges though because many things are chargeable (like change in address, phone, etc). Service is not so good.

What about debit cards? Which bank gives best cashback for their debit card? Generally most banks don't give anything, with very few exceptions. But even their cashback rate is too low to be Intresting.
My pnb account balance is always less than 1000Rs
Maybe you are in semi-urban or rural area: PNB Saving Deposits Account | PNB General Account | PNB Saving Account: PNB (pnbindia.in). Or their system to levy account non-maintenance charges is broken. 
But officially it is 2000 for urban or metropolitan area.

I have not maintained Monthly Average balance (MAB) in my ICICI savings account for the last 4 years. They also did not charge me for it. Does ICICI Bank deduct retrospectively if I do not maintain the minimum balance?
