Misleading website powered by substandard service

My husband’s folly was to get hisCitibank credit card points redeemed through this pathetic website. His Order Id 21744452 was for a Music CD which was listed on their website. When we got the product it was a Video Song DVD that could not play on my CD player. On bringing this issue to the notice of Infibeam service they flatly refused to acknowledge that the product was wrongly listed as a CD product. They refused to replace the same with any other CD.

Another CD product that he had ordered was later not delivered by them. They claimed the product was out of stock, a late realization on their part that they had wrongly listed as available on their website. They promised to refund the credit card points against this purchase bit it is over 3 weeks now that the same has not been done.

Pls stay away from this website to avoid service frustrations & bad shopping experience
