I have seen Sapphiro being given LTF for folks who had salary account for long time and have not taken any CC from ICICI. So wait for a better pre-approved offer. If you approach anyone you are showing interest, you will most probably not receive it.

Exactly this way I got Sapphiro. Didnt took any gemstone series card. Was holding Amazon Pay, Platinum and HPCL Coral. All LTF. Finally got LTF Sapphiro this month

One will most likely never get icici non co-branded cc as pre-approved ltf offer if not having a savings acc already with icici & already holding icici co-branded card like amazonpay.
