mobikwik

i tried to book tickets from bms and tried paying through mobikwik but i had inssufficient balance so i tried to add money to wallet through net banking, but i was given an error message and could not book tickets,i did this once more and got same result ,but later on i saw that both the times money was deducted from my bank account.and the money was not transferd to my wallet neither did they book tickets for me.i sent a mail for help but got no rply plz help
