Mobikwik credit card bill payment failed

I paid 20k on Mobikwik using HDFC debit card towards my axis bank credit card bill payment on Feb 18th but amount is still not posted on Axis bank CC. Amount debited from my HDFC bank account on same day.

Is this normal with Mobikwik? How long does it usually take to settle cc bill payments on mobikwik? Anyone encountered issues reecntly?

Upon further checking, i see below transaction showing up in mobikwik history tab. I am not sure what icici has to do with my axis Bank cc bill payment  on mobikwik using HDFC debit card.

Either way, even if there was some failure, i dont see amount credited back to hdfc bank debit card.InvoiceMBK894660645

What does ICICI have to do with this? Was it the gateway/payment partner for mobikwik?

Unfortunately that's the only way i found to reach out to some kind of support. I updated the complaint periodically for 3 days and got some response. Needless to say, now I'm done with mobikwik
