Mobikwik credit card bill payment failed

Facing same issue from last 2 days. Transaction failed and amount refunded.

Either way, even if there was some failure, i dont see amount credited back to hdfc bank debit card.

What does ICICI have to do with this? Was it the gateway/payment partner for mobikwik?

Unfortunately that's the only way i found to reach out to some kind of support. I updated the complaint periodically for 3 days and got some response. Needless to say, now I'm done with mobikwik

That's terrible.
