So Mobikwik is still a good choice for a CC bill up to Rs 2500, provided it is fetching your CC dues without giving it email access and all.

It is 100. Above that everything will get 1% with max of 25 Rs if you pay full amount. So its good if you have small bill payments.

Useless app now. Maybe will work for very small bill payment else no use of Mobikwik now.
