SBI Support is the worst
Check your bank statement if that is showing deducted but not reverted back send mobikwik a copy of this .if they dont listen fire a case.
I had already done that but of no avail.
@thelion do you have any transaction ID ?? bcoz billdesk is payment gateway of mobikwik and if you mail to billdesk pgsupport@billdesk(dot)com directly , refund will be issued in 2-4 days and can know what happened with your money . also mail to sbi on internet.banking@sbi(dot)co(dot)in and debitcards@sbi(dot)co(dot)in and also see this level by level contact – https://www.sbi.co.in/webfiles/uploads/files/13... .
in mail tell in details including main point like bank name , txn id , date ime amount , merchant name , your name in bank , mobikwik number .
also attach the screenshot of that transaction which is showing in your bank transaction history .

is that too not work then mail to NPCI and SBI upper staff . and they will definitely solve your problem . also tell them sbi do not respond properly (with proofs) . but first complete above procedure .
Let me explore this, although the transaction ID which was received in sms has been deleted.

I don’t use MobiKwik but many times it happened with me on Paytm. Payment got deducted and it was automatically credited to my account within 4-5 days. Only 2 times I needed to contact the bank and they refunded immediately. Contact cc.
