Mobikwik removed debit card charges for paying credit card bill

Paid couple of bill with coupon code FULLPAY and debit card

I have checked on some other sites, milliena give 1% or 2.5% cashback when we pay bill from HDFC Bill pay portal, Is it Ture?? I did last month, but have to wait 3 months to check eligibility.  

Does Axis Prestige Debit Card/ Fi Debit card give Cashback on this?

Can I earn more than 50 CB which I am already getting from Mobikwik ( last option) ?

I guess indusind exclusive DC stopped giving cashback/RP by paying through Paytm..I paid 40k on 11th April still no rewards credited yet

For HDFC debit card it is not showing any charge, since Mobikwik changed the MICR code for that long back. we will not be getting HDFC Platinum debit card atleast.

For axis debit card .59% is still there
