MobiKwik - Unable to Pay CC Bill via UPI

Now that MobiKwik has started charging convenience fee (of 0.59%) for CC bill payment via debit card, I've been trying to pay CC bill via UPI but it's not going through.
I've tried with HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank and SBI. Is it the case with everyone else or is it just me?
I'm trying to pay ICICI Bank Coral RuPay CC bill of Rs. 7,652.
UPDATE : Tried paying HDFC Bank Regalia CC (Visa) bill of Rs. 2,000 via UPI and was able to pay.
Is there an issue with RuPay cards or ICICI Bank cards? Weird.

Just paid icici apay cc bill few hours ago.... No issue

it's weird why it didn't go through in my case ... I had to pay via HDFC Bill Pay and due date is 20th February ... I hope it settles by tomorrow or max. by 20th February first half else will try to pay via iMobile Pay for instant settlement in order to avoid late fee
Earlier today paid Axis CC Bill using ICICI UPI without any issues
