I found they have credited it yesterday to MobiKwik wallet (great that they have honoured their 7 day promise).
Most of you know MobiKwik offers Zip Black Virtual Rupay Card linked to wallet. You can access it from right top menu.
Use Uber app to load paytm wallet through the zip black card. One can easily withdraw to bank without charges.
