Type-c charger ordered from Tatacliq missing from box!!!

In more than decade of shopping online with many portals.
This is first time the main item itself was missing. Empty portronics box was delivered.
I mostly order from tata cliq with hdfc dcb milestone voucher only.
Only other change this time was delhivery courier instead of bluedart most of the other tata cliq orders.
Twitter is full of complaint like these.
I was laughing after opening the box as item value was low and was ordered using milestone gift voucher.
Tata truely act like a govt run co. Their cars lack quality checks, airline is famous for peegate and even online shopping is known for max no missing items. Yet people say brand name and blah blah.

Many organisations that received the so called donations by various Tata entities were and are often coerced to rent/lease stuff like excavatirs, heavy earth movers (Poclain, CAT, Hitachi, JCB type stuff) from other Tata group companies.
Once we had the unfortunate
One Tata company showed a donation to a large social cause organisation.
But the top management there demanded bribes to give the Tata-Hitachi people a contract to excavate and build a mini dam.
Anyway, who was the seller? (Not that I have any soft corner for SSN Logistics nee Delhivery. Not shielding the cargo carrier. But this seems to not be an in-transir pilferage.)
The fraud seems Intentional from the seller or this seems like a case of shrinkage (stealing) due to internal labour/ staff.
Also many people don't know that ratan tata has a brother too. Yet no active part in management.
You don't trust your brother or any women as a wife. 😂
The same thing happened to me . I ordered a Woodland jacket for my dad and all I got was thermals that were too used..
I guess we should make video for every order from Tatacliq.
That said I am not ordering again ever.

i agree, their distribution channels are full of problems.
and problems are always complimentary with products and services.
