Better to stay away from such location.

I surfed the net regarding this and found mixed reactions and research blah blah, SO bit confused ,somwhere it says no proven data whether there are any illeffects , some says it causes cancer ,etc etc.many jyst copy paste from here and there and quote WHO .

Even for Base Stations, nothing conclusive has been proven one way or other.
That being said, personally I would avoid it. I backed out of an offer to buy large, cheap, agricultural land just because it was near a 400kV line.

No issue. Just ignore it.
With so many telecom towers around you will surely have a telecom equipment within 100meters from your place …
Plus nothing conclusive till date which proves it is harmful (if they are within permissible limits)

Every hour a telecom company is setting up a tower… You are basically surrounded by so many that you may not even notice it… now let’s keep that aside, What about RF signals coming from the Electronic equipments around you…
Conclusion: There’s no solid proof that it may affect you… Well thats just my point of view
@getready may know more about this plus1

Actually, Having a high voltage line is different from tower

Secondly, you cannot build homes/this lines are pratically immovable.

So yes, land with High voltage is useless but not flat with tower.

Don’t have much idea about these RF towers
But when i first moved to bengaluru, the very first building i stayed had two mobile towers
One installed on the rooftop (Jio*) & the other on the ground (BSNL – Much larger one). I lived in that house for almost 4 years and i haven’t faced any of the side-effects believed to have caused by these towers personally and haven’t heard anything as such from my neighbors too

Though doctors were not able to conclude what had caused the abnormal growth, they said it could be because of radiation from mobile towers and genetic causes

I think living ~exactly below tower does not effect much smile
U may not be getting full signal too

Don’t fall for research studies because they are funded by concerned companies who want to change public perception.
Look what happens next to 15kw radio tower :

Mobile towers are 5kW so they fry your brain cells slowly stuck_out_tongue

Bad idea OP. @Common-man
Living in a complex having mobile tower is equal to exposing yourself to very high radiation signals which have adverse affects on our human body (for ex microwave)

have lived at under 45-50 meters away from the top floor of the residential building with one omni directional microwave and three multidirectional antennae.
we stayed in the neighbouring building but two of them were straight pointing towards our north west direction.
(each so called ‘cell site’ has to have the alpha, beta, gamma trifurcation. and multinoperator cell sotes can hsve other boosters or just alpha or beta hired, at times).
.
although in a Tier1/metro type location, i do not think the overall microwaves would be any higher (so to impact an otherwise healthy adult) if the separation is over 25-30 feet. (most cell sites are constructed on an elevated platform, even when the base is already grouted to the top of the OHT/over head watertank or the highest elevation).
.
but this is a murky topic to discuss.
there are no definitive studies or enough empirical data, to isolate the test subject for 40-50 years and authentically determine cause and effect relationship.
.
.
@DealSeeker (and others) have had some vociferous discussions in these threads https://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/topics/mobile-tower-radiation?page=1#post_3352548, https://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/topics/jio-tower-right-in-center-of-residential-area-harmful if you wish to review those.
.
.
Do note, that even 10000years back… walking on a sandy beach on a sunny day (for a couple of hours) might have given us ‘similar’ microwave radiation …. as now we get with average devices now.
.
.
We too do evolve (unless one is religious and believes ‘God’ created/ creates RTM versions of creatures).
.
.
our 👵🏼grandmaa🙇🏽 used to narrate anecdotes of how HER (visiting) ELDERS would tell her, that milk at her (👵🏼grandmaa’s) place was not as drinkable (quality, taste) as their (elder’s) native place.
.
i wonder what those elders would quip on the so called ‘whole milk’ packets and Tetrapak pouches we (current generation) find tasty.🙄
.
same way, i think (and hope), our physique accommodates and adapts to such changes (terrestrial signals, radio waves from satellites, airships to satellites/ATC, our own devices) over couple of generations.

guideline price range remained static, moved up by factor of N, moved down by factor of “N” since? (assuming the described even happened in the distant past or at-least 10-12 months hence).
