Even for Base Stations, nothing conclusive has been proven one way or other.
That being said, personally I would avoid it. I backed out of an offer to buy large, cheap, agricultural land just because it was near a 400kV line.

Actually, Having a high voltage line is different from tower

Secondly, you cannot build homes/this lines are pratically immovable.

So yes, land with High voltage is useless but not flat with tower.

No issue. Just ignore it.
With so many telecom towers around you will surely have a telecom equipment within 100meters from your place …
Plus nothing conclusive till date which proves it is harmful (if they are within permissible limits)

Every hour a telecom company is setting up a tower… You are basically surrounded by so many that you may not even notice it… now let’s keep that aside, What about RF signals coming from the Electronic equipments around you…
Conclusion: There’s no solid proof that it may affect you… Well thats just my point of view
@getready may know more about this plus1

Don’t have much idea about these RF towers
But when i first moved to bengaluru, the very first building i stayed had two mobile towers
One installed on the rooftop (Jio*) & the other on the ground (BSNL – Much larger one). I lived in that house for almost 4 years and i haven’t faced any of the side-effects believed to have caused by these towers personally and haven’t heard anything as such from my neighbors too

Though doctors were not able to conclude what had caused the abnormal growth, they said it could be because of radiation from mobile towers and genetic causes

No problem. Mobile radiation is not ionising.

Otherwise everyone would have radiation problem.
Living next to mobile towers is completely safe.

Don’t fall for research studies because they are funded by concerned companies who want to change public perception.
Look what happens next to 15kw radio tower :

Bad idea OP. @Common-man
Living in a complex having mobile tower is equal to exposing yourself to very high radiation signals which have adverse affects on our human body (for ex microwave)
