What should be the genuine monthly/yearly expenses in Tier 1/2/3 cities for a middle family of 2.
Avoid luxuries.

Why cost of traveling 2-3x. I feel mumbai has cheapest travel cost however it depends if we take public transport or cabs.

Tier 1 Delhi - 2x of whatever you have in your city on necessities, + 4X to5X rent + 1X of total as miscellaneous
