I thought they bundle office 2019/2021 - one-time/lifetime licenses when they advertise 😃, my bad.. if its O365 for 6months then you should report to whoever was offering it i.e. OEM or FK but yeah again it will expire making it useless in 5 months so not bother to waste time with them (or blackmail them saying you are taking this to consumer court for false advertising or better give me one lifetime license😀)

Raise the issue with laptop manufacturer if it was a bundle from them, check any promotional flyer for instructions about how to claim that if that was supposed to be 6 month promo.

is it complete with all Ms office applications or only excel, word, powerpoint?

I bought a laptop on flipkart that came bundled with a six month licence of Office 365. This laptop was a gift for someone starting college. The license got activated successfully but expired within a month!
I didn't bother to raise this issue with Flipkart!
