My Experian shows a derogatory mark on Onescore app

So I was checking my credit report and the Onescore app shows a Derogatory mark in my credit report.
I have never missed a payment. How do I check the reason for this mark? They dont even state anything.

I did a google search and derogatory remarks are considered serious. Hence I got a little scared. Thanks for your reply mate. The address is indeed inconsistent for some accounts.

I don't know why one score is referring them as derogatory. It's quite normal. Even I have same issue. Just ignore it.
BTW, I am suddenly seeing one closed Aditya Birla Finance Ltd account as active. I had closed all bnpl last year itself. Any idea what this could be from?

I have read that sometimes that these bnpl accounts suddenly show up as open in cibil. Try and report them as open in error on cibil and see if gets auto updated. If it doesn’t then you need to contact the lender. Do you have the NOC from Aditya birla finance?

Yes, I see it is from Paytm postpaid. And they sent me noc last year in November. Loan account number in noc and cibil is matching.
