Yesterday logged in netbanking for checking credit card details after approval but there are not showing cc and after that I logged out but instantly I have received mail that your digital access blocked Due to suspicious activity and after I called customer support and Then they unblocked account but after I again logged in and They again blocked account then I again called and They unblocked account. 

After that I tried to login kotak app that Blocked app login and called again then They unblocked it, today I tried to do 1K transaction using kotak rupay cc UPI and They deactivated card then I called and They mentioned this is new card and you try to do big amount transaction andThey unblocked card but it's not showing in mobile app, I am able to do transaction but card not showing in app.

I told customer  support please stop monitoring my account 😭 I have 15 cc and have 15 accounts if every bank started monitoring my account then "Mera pura din to card activate/deactivate main nikal jayega🙂

Or kya kahu to Bhai...Kal se presan kar rakha hai...mere issue ye nhi hai ki blocked kar rahe hai kanhi permanent blocked na kar de...nhi to 250KM kon Jayega Branch😕....

My experience with Kotak Bank has been awful too. 

One example is that even after my family has been their Privy customer since 15 years, salary gets credited there too, we had been regularly doing transactions in there, till date they have not given a single credit card as offer. We spoke with the RM who turned out be as useless as I thought. He knew nothing about the bank's policies and did not even know how to check customer's profile. Everytime, he tried to invite me to visit the branch and talk in person. Most likely to sell their shitty investment plans. 

Another example is that one time we were not able to open a FD through either their netbanking or app. Everytime I was getting error "Please try later". When I went to the branch and showed this to the bank executive, he mentioned that my KYC must have been pending. 😂 When I showed him the Full KYC status for my account in the app, he said the minimum amount for FD must not have been met. Again I showed him the FD amount (30K) that I was trying to open in the app. The stupid reasons kept coming out from the executive's mouth for some more time and finally I filled up a form to open the FD manually. Few days later, the bank sent me back the form to my residence without mentioning any reason!! 😂

Now I have finally decided to move out all my funds from Kotak to HDFC/ICICI.

Bhai They will not provide credit card offer if your address is not serviceable and if you think your address is serviceable just check CIBIL score in app and wait atleast 2 months then definitely They will provide you pre-approved credit card offer.

In August ending both me and my Bro reopened  account (closed due to non full KYC) and immediately we both checked credit score and I am managing nearly 80K and did many transactions but my Bro managing only Rs 1 account and didn't do a singal transaction but we both received same offer, on same date with 50K limit and Home branch nearly 250KM and we both given serviceable area during account opening.

So credit card you need to provide serviceable area and check credit score in app, you will definately recieve offer because most of Bank give pre-approved offer only if you do transaction and maintain balance but in kotak They need credit score+ serviceable area.

HDFC/ICICI have best customer support....

Bhai credit card ka to samaj aata hai ki before card delivery transaction kiya to yo sakta hai kyunki Instantly few minutes approval k baad hi transaction try kiya but Account to mera apna h paisa bhi mera apna h....kuch transaction wagerh nhi kiya bus netbanking Login Kiya..... isliye Pan ka to account related services main koi issue nhi hona chahiye 😀

Actually jo fuddu bank hote hai na wo ye show Karte hai ki dekho hamra kitna acha monitoring system Hai.....same SBI card ko dekhlo.... jyda amount ka transaction karte hi card blocked.

Bhai aisa kuch nhi h kasam se...or mujhe bank se koi shikayat nhi h...bas meri branch 250KM hai ki branch na jana pad jaye...main to trading bhi sirf Yed and Sunny se karta hu kyunki mujhe dar rahta hai ki kisi ne agar Fraud ka paisa Mujhe bhej diya to mera account freeze ho jayega or account m paisa bhi mostly credit card ka hi Rahta Hai..... waise bhi mujhe zindagi main Itna hi paisa chahiye jitna se gujara hu...itna nhi ki din raat paisa paisa karu...

maine sirf Itna kiya mera card approved huva instantly usko Paytm se link kiya phir card details dekhne ke liye app or netbanking WhatsApp support ek sath try kiya kyunki excitement tha....to unhone mera access blocked kiya.... phir aaj maine netbanking or mpin change kiya or ab koi issue nhi h

Na Bro I am not using VPN and public WiFi. I opened same time Kotak app and logged in netbanking because I want to see credit card details maybe this reason They temporary blocked digital access but now everything working perfectly...Bus usually Bank Customer Support Bolte Hai Ki Aap Nearby Branch Visit Kar Lijiyega Wo Na bol de Kyunki Branch 250KM Dur Hai...Or Mujhe Koi Issue N h Blocking Se... waise bhi mujhe to credit card chayie tha kotak ka ab Kyun use karunga unki services😀

I remember you have issue with CC delivery in a discussion.

Either you are a trickster using all possible tricks to get large amount of cashback and make profit. I.e commercial use or you have created too many accounts, got too many CCs in a short time and other financial stuff causing the issue.

Get this sorted and or cool down for sometime..

Bhai aapko kya bolu ab...aap log City main rahte hai or hum Village main... jidhar sirf BoB/SBI Bank hai...mere jitne bhi bank main account hai un sabki Branch 40KM-250KM dur hai mere Home Town se.... cashback ya commercial issue jaisa kuch nhi hai Bhai....ye sahi baat hai ki mere 15 accounts hai or 15 hi credit card hai...lekin account isliye hai ki pre-approved CC offer aaye or idhar DD pr GV trading se jo paisa aaya wo alag alag account main aaye kyunki saving account hai to ek account se kaam nhi chal sakta...or ha ye bhi sahi hai ki har month credit card se1_2 lakh ka transaction hota hai utility bill payment rahta hai to....card delivery ka issue isliye huva kyunki us address pr main nhi rahta Sirf account open or cc ke liye dena pada ab jab m nhi rahta to issue hoga na?....😭😭😭😭😰😰😰😱 Main idhar apni problem ka solution chahta hu or tum log mujhe hi chor/lootera sabit karne main lage ho🤣

I opened kotak 811 account and got league cc. Now it's almost one month. And every thing working perfectly. No issues with kotak I think.
