Shoppersstop (SS) is my favourite offline store, I buy lots of stuff from there.
I keep looking DD for any GV deals 
thanks to DD save lots of money too
As a online store this need lots of improvement still they are much better now.
Product availability, discount, delivery all is god but definitely do not match other Ecomm players.
If SS wishes to be omnipresent they need to speed up.
