Mynta delivered wrong product, but after 2 weeks no pickup is done .
I purchased " Milton Cool Cheer 600 Red insulated school kids water bottle" on 24.5.24. The above order was delivered on 26.5.24. I immediately raise ticket for return , as the product specifications were different from the specification as mentioned by seller.
But till today no pickup was done and my money is also stuck.
Any dimer please help me whom to contact for the refund. Thanks in advance

Use any myntra wallet amount. Even if they accept return, they may block account because you wanted to exchange the wrong product delivered.
They expect people to keep whatever they deliver instead of checks for genuine product delivery
Raise another request and Keep calling them regularly for update
This is the only way to get your money back

Empty your Myntra wallet and Super coins, if any
Second
Call / Email / Tweet them again about your request/ issue
Now
Wait and see they work upon your request else restart from first.
Finally item was picked up last evening and got the refund late night in myntra wallet. Thanks to all for the support
