Myntra banned my account

I had a Myntra account and occasionally I used to buy from there. I was not a frequent buyer.

All of a sudden, one day I realized I cannot login. Since then its been 2-3 years I still cannot login. It shows below error:

I tried to reach them via email and I have been told this:

I have tried to reach them many times via twitter and facebook and didnt get any response. 

My return history is bare minimum and its same across all e-commerce. That is certainly not a reason I am sure. I barely return anything unless I cannot use them. 

What I found myself is Myntra had experienced a data breach and my password was not so strong. Someone might have got access to and might have done something wrong.  But thats a hypothesis.

Problem is I dont know what I have done and hence cannot accept this till today. It is still bugging me out. I cannot accept that I have been barred from somewhere without doing anything. 

Any idea how can I get an answer or get my account restored ?
