No solution. This is to prevent inconvenience to genuine buyers. Alot of people just order and wear it for a day then return. Or try it then return instead of ordering their size. So they pay convenience fee forever now I think.

Myntra is charging convenience fees of ₹149 for high return, what to do now?

I recently checked this for my account. It showed no convinience fee. Also, promised 30 days free return. This may be because I am not a frequent Myntra shopper. Moreover, I haven't returned any item till date from the past 4-5 years. Pls check the screenshot below for reference.
However, many have experienced processing fees upto Rs 300 per order. This is due to Myntra's new return/exchange policy started 4-6 months back.
Users are getting messages like this at checkout, "Your return rate is 3 times higher than average". 7X higher return rate is also seen for some users. Comparatively, U.S. has 1/3rd less return rate.
Claims are also that Myntra Insider membership is also getting affected due to this i.e. reducing membership benefits from users accounts. What's more, if your return rate keeps on increasing then at a particular point Myntra might cancel your account.
Meanwhile, Amazon is still supporting free returns with no such restrictions. Actual reasons are unclear, but might be due to increasing inflation and reduction in consumer spending.
Reports claim that 25-40% e-commerce returns are experienced in India. Meesho was seen providing Discounts to users who don't opt for return. This can be a good win-win situation if users use it responsibly.

Yea. I have ordered many of clothing items and didn’t even return a single thing. Just order from verified sellers and in most cases you’ll never have an issue. And convenience fee is not charged on occasional returns. Only if you abuse this feature. This makes prices higher for genuine buyers since they lose on a lot of profit. A lot of people I’ve heard order for wearing it for one day and then return. I think online selling platforms should tighten the rules more and start implementing address bans, hardware bans or contact details bans to make it less inconvenient to genuine buyers.

Solution! Let's wait for other experienced dimers to comment. 🙂
If returns are due to wrong product sent or damaged products sent , then how can this be the fault of the customer....they should first see why the products are being repeatedly returned, specially when it's a regular customer and this hasnt happened in the past
Same happened with me. I Uninstalled myntra
