Suggest to get confirmation from bank regarding non-levy of any fee for 3 years, else back out. Kotak is not readily flexible towards customers.

recently bought cantabile shirts from mantra, all were duplicates and returned. The same purchased from Nykaa, the quality was superb for the same products. Also purchase Scooter from myntra got damaged again return and placed new order and surprisingly got the same damaged product with same damaged package from Myntra. This is how Myntra is doing business.

Don't get misled by Home page offer, my friend. I bounced this matter with b th Myntra and Kotak Bank. Myntra expressed helplessness and asked me to connect with Kotak Bank directly. When I called Kotak Bank, they said that whatever is showing up on the bank landing page will stand - means, if the landing page shows fee is payable, then it will be levied. Take your call.

Most Kotak Bank offers like these are only for NTB (New to Bank) customers. If you already hold a Kotak credit card, this offer will show charges.

It appears that Kotak's co-branded card isn't taking off as intended. Hence, the marketing promotion. They appear to be unclear about their USP (if any).

I applied and fought with both of them, Myntra says we don't know anything please talk to Kotak CC and the same does Kotak.

Do we need to have an existing relationship with Kotak to avail this card? Whenever i try to apply from the Myntra app, it asks me to input CRN or email or mobile number and i try to provide everything I can, but it throws invalid user input error.

Using myntra since way back, not a single duplicate product received. Tell me your experience of the dup product please.
Already Myntra gv is available at 10-12% in markets. What's the point in taking this card
