I am looking for advice as my Flipkart Axis CC is at Card Generation for a week. I own an Axis Ace credit card already.
Initially, Flipkart was not allowing me to apply for the card and showing an error. So as per another post in DD, I had changed my number in Flipkart and it allowed me to apply.
[08-Sep-2021] Applied and completed video KYC
[09-Sep-2021] Document were picked up
[09-Sep-2021] Received an SMS from Axis that my application is received and an SMS confirming application status will be sent shortly
[10-Sep-2021] Status updated in Flipkart as Card Generation
There have been no updates since then. I had called the customer card, initially, they said that it will take 4-5 days for approval. Yesterday they told me that it may take up to 21 days for approval. I am not sure why they keep on changing the duration.
If someone can shed some light on the process and help me to identify the next steps, it will be very helpful.

Whereas
I have 700+ Cibil.
10 different credit cards (non from Axis)
So what is the reason of direct rejection?
write an email to axis nodal officer and principal nodal officer, ur issue will get resolved.. find both emails on google

Some banks reject users holding too many CCs
For instance, CITI ( AXIS may not have such criteria )

he might be collecting them like some kind of trophies 
you got any progress on your application, my application got approved on Sept 16 but card not generated yet not even virtual card.
No help from twitter or customer care.

No updates so far, only received messages from Axis that my email, phone have been updated as per document submitted. I haven’t got approval/rejection message also.
Contacted them on Twitter and they have asked to wait for 21 working days.

Here is an update: Flipkart Axis CC is now showing in Axis Bank App with the same limit as my Ace card.
I haven’t received verification call, approval sms and any other communication. It is still not being shown on Flipkart.

I too got the message from flipkart and axis that my card is under process. it should appear in flipkart as virtual card. But it’s not showing. Where to find?

Not sure, it’s not showing for me on Flipkart yet. Didn’t receive any communication on delivery of the card. I think with the launch of this card, Axis is over loaded with requests and not able to manage proper process

Thanks for this, I checked axis app and can see this flipkart card added, with very slightly increased limit(7k+) than my freecharge card.

Stuck at card generation since 22 sep, today received a mail from axis bank stating "
Thank you for applying for Axis Bank Credit Card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hours" , what does it mean, My card is not approved yet?

I don’t know where exactly I saw that. You try in my account section and from there flipkart axis bank. You can try from there. Otherwise in my order section or call flipkart customer care. If you know your application number call axis Bank.
