1. Do some exercise/meditation/yoga or any kind of physical activity helps. Whenever you exercise your body secretes a hormone called endorphins. These hormones makes you feel good and the exercise will help you be fit and boost your confidence.
2. Explore your spirituality. Spirituality and religion are very different things.
3. Most imp: Never sit idle. Make a schedule of things to do and keep your mind busy at all times.
4. If you are single. Make a GF. Even being surrounded by friends help.
5. Make a life goal. Make it your priority. Each day when you wake up, first thing you should think about is what are you going to do to be a step closer to your goal. Better if you make TODO before going to bed at night. There can be multiple goals for every aspect of your life. Like a goal towards your health, a goal towards financial safety etc.
The motto is to be happy for yourself.

And most imp loosing weight in 1 r 2 mnths for maraage or any thing like that will efect you long term..dont reduce your weight drastically… if you reduce your weight and don’t maintain it after marage you may get increse doulble what you lost..
So do regular jogging r walking for 1 hour mng and 1 hour evening especially on FLAT GROUND. Dont walk on roads or on pavements like that.

Flat ground matlab stadium me running track hothe na aise ground flat tract..
Weight loss ke liye aap rice math kao.. dont eat rice completely stop it. In the morning don’t eat breakfast eat sprouts and drink any 1 juice like carot juice beet root juice or cucumber juice. And aftn eat 2 r 3 roti with green leafy vegitables cooked with low salt and oil.. in the night eat 3 r 4 bananas or some times watermelon or papaya or any other fruits… dont drink coffe or tea dont eat sweets and other fatty items .. dont eat non veg… regularly go for walking and start slowly from 2kms daily and increase slowly up to 5kms daily..
In 1 month u will losse 4 kilo minimum and this is best and easy way to decrease weight. . Eating fruits and drinking lots of water also bring glow to your skin u wil look good

Guys most important of any problem which is related to your thoughts and brain and not physicall health is do share it with your friends..
These days people are addicted to internet and phones and other things just talk to your best buddies or with your family if you don’t have friends atleast talk with your mother tell her every thing what you are feeling.. and don’t keep it inside just let it out… no doc can cure your thoughts just you have to come out of that..

In the gym did you do abdominal exercises they are more useful crunches help you to get rid of belly fat so fast..
See my previous chats.. dont eat rice in the night.. the food whatever u eat mainly in the night is the most dangerous one it will lead to your abdominal fat and all other things..
Twisting and crunches and ask your gym instructor to tell abdominal exercises they will help u much better to loose abdominal fat.

it increases hunger and tends to gain weight. no special diat plan. just cutted fast food. low eat at night and take water regularly

hey m suffering from choroditis in my eyes..it hapnd last year. the doc says ders no way arnd it ..I had to take steroid injection 1000mg and den oral.. it has hapnd again..he says ders no way to stop it..nd u have to take d pills evry time dey crop up

Sorry to hear but there is no specific treatment..
U should take of her side effects now…mostly she spends her time on bed so plz be carefull withe the bed sores try to get a pneumatic bed for her and make her to lie down in which every side she feels comfortable..
Check for diest regulary she should take enough amounts of glucose and protiens needed for her..
Mostly lung transplant is not advisable but i am not a expert in it man..
It depends on whole lot of other things and u know that.
Just dont make her stressed out and keep the medicne and oxygen gas always beside her..
Take some steps so that she will get help whenever possible at right time even in the midnight..

The best way is use pain killers for relief of pain loke diclofenac aceclofenac or etoricoxib just like that…
But if stome is more than 8mm then go for surgery consult a good urologist and get it out..
Most common problem with stones is urine infection and slowly it can damage your kidney also so better go for surgery if it is casuing you infections and frequent pains.

I am sorry but that’s a wrong advice.
1. Crunches and abdominal exercises don’t ‘cut’ fat. They are to ‘tone’ the muscles which make them look good aesthetically good or as we know it 6/8-pack abs. For fat loss the most beneficial exercises are either ‘compound exercises’ or ‘complex exercises’ or ‘interval training’.
2. Most important thing is dividing the food intake at 3 hour interval to keep the metabolism always up.
3. Rice or no rice it doesn’t make a difference. Breakfast should be heavy and nutritious as it’s most important meal of the day and then the meal after the workout, at night just eat light. We Indians tend to do the opposite which leads to most metabolism related problems.
4. The idea of fat loss is to spend more calories than you put in your body. A regular healthy male requires around 2200 calories a day. Planning the food you are going to eat the whole day and at 3 hour interval does miracles. And that’s the ONLY miracle one can expect a diet or anything thing you put in your mouth can do.
5. Those who think that lifting weight in gym will lead to heavy muscles(some don’t like to look bulky) then all they need to do is consume less calories. Muscles are result of a diet. How and what one eats determines the end result. So those who don’t want to get muscular can still lift weight and lose fat and get stronger.

Also google how much fat/energy you would burn by doing crunches.
