I Have Open Bank Account In BOB. I Want To Reg In Bob World App But Still I Didn’t Get Debit Card I Am Unable To Do It. So I Am Trying From internet Banking Method But For Internet Banking It Need User Id Which I Don’t Have. So How Can I Get User Id? Tried Forget User Id Option Also But Whenever I Am Enter A/c No. & Mobile No. It Says Invaild Mobile No.(Tried With 91 +91 Didn’t Work) So Plz Help Me How Can I Get User Id?
have u registered internet banking on BOB if not visit branch fill up form and then u will get User ID or else debit card can be used to activate Internet banking too

If that’s the case, then need to fill a form in branch to activate netbanking
Wait 3-4 Days To access NetBanking and You can only access if you activated /tick the NetBanking checkbox while account opening

Not Yet Because I Don’t Have User Id. How Many Days They Take To Deliver Debit Card?

Okay I Will Wait 3 To 4 Days. But Whenever I Am Trying To Get User Id By Forget User Id It Says Mob No. Is Invaild
No idea (No savings acc/cc with BOB)
It’s a sign from GODs to close the a/c with bob
and open a/c with SBI with zero balance a/c else u will face further such problem

Yeah mobile number should be updated by BOB in their database, before you can do all these. Give it time. No need to visit branch for NetBanking once your kyc is updated to your account.
My experience with psu banks suggests that branch visit is mandatory for many such cases(in case of sbi if you open digital acc via yono app without filling any form then you must visit branch later to submit a form to activate full txn rights in netbanking else you can only view balance & create FD online with nothing else activated online not even merchant txns).
You don’t need to wait for the debit card in order to use internet banking or UPI. Once Internet banking services get activated from the branch, visit a nearby Bank of Baroda ATM and select the option “Mobile Banking Registration”. You’ll have to key in your account number and the mobile number. Once the registration is complete, install BOB World app on your phone. Login using the passcode received on your phone after Internet banking activation. You’ll be able to generate a login and a transaction password after logging in the app.
To start using UPI in BOB World app, go to Cards > Generate Virtual Debit card > Select among the options and you’ll have a virtual debit card ready for online transactions and UPI payments. Use the virtual card details to activate UPI services.
Kindly note that you’ll have to make 1 UPI transaction of a small denomination and then wait for 24 hours for the limit to be increased.
