Need help! Error while using my credit card online

Hi, have a HDFC regalia credit card which is a new card I've received. I've never used this card before and now when I'm trying to use the card for any online transactions I'm receiving an error "Email Id and mobile number not available in our records. Please contact customer service to update your data in our records." I've contacted customer care, my relationship manager of the bank ,and via email. None of them could help me with this. It's been 15 days I'll struggling to use my card. Card status is active, they asked me to register on netsafe or verified by visa and there it says my card is already registered. If anyone here could help me with this I'll be grateful to them. Tia.

Try using in some shop or fuel station. Hope u already enabled for online txns thru netbanking and allocated sufficient limit

Online transactions are on. I’ve turned it off and on again multiple times to see if it works. I don’t use the cards anywhere except online. So really not able to step out for using the card at the moment.

Send an address/email and mobile number update form to the credit card department
