Need help: How to use TwidPay cashback

Hi folks, I got 200 rs cashback on Twidpay after using it to buy Times Prime membership. But I am unable to use that cashback. I am looking for help on how to use this cashback. I tried Snapay and it is not working. Thanks in advance!

I use those rewards for jio Recharge.
Recharge on Jio using MYJIO app and in payment page use "pay with rewards"...and sign with rewards number and OTP .
200 will be added and your recharge amount will reduce (if it doesn't show do not pay).
Twid Pay normally credits the cashback coupon to your account after 3-7 days. That is written on the coupon. You typically also getting an SMS informing you of it. You can check if the coupon has been credited here merchant.twidpay.com/rewards
Vi Postpaid bills via Vi app, JioMart grocery payments and Jio Mobile/Fiber Recharges/Bill Payments lets you use that coupon.
Why not working on snapay?
You can Use snapay to transfer from twidpay to bank account at nominal fee of about 2 percent
